Can I eat pizza during my first trimester of pregnancy?

My class is having a pizza party. Can I even eat any because of how greasy it is?

You can eat anything really, except unpasturised cheese and uncooked egg products. Grease is dealt with by your stomach it doesn't affect your baby. If you have a lot of sickness in your pregnancy then eating greasy food might not be the best idea if you feel queasy but pizza won't hurt you.

As long as you're not eating narcotics, you can pretty much eat anything in moderation (except sushi). Blot the grease and don't go hog wild. If you've had problems with high cholesterol, high blood pressure or glucose problems, you might want to call and talk to your OB's nurse. You should be fine, though.

yes you can eat anything you want. Its not going to hurt the baby. A lot of women are so sick during their first trimester that they barely eat anything or only eat a few things that they can tolerate. Just make sure your taking your vitamins

heck yeah you can eat anything just dont use drugs or drink alchol THAT WILL HARM THE BABY but pizza wont hehe i like pizza
