How do I get rid of pregnancy acne?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and three days ago my face started breaking out so bad. I've never had a problem with acne. What can I do to make it go away?

Try rubbing the juice from a quarter of a lemon on your face at night before you go to bed, and in the morning when you get up after washing your face.

During pregnancy, your hormones are completely out of whack. It can even cause us to experience acne breakouts, even if we鈥檝e never had an acne episode before. The important thing to note is that oral medications should not be used in the treatment of acne and pregnancy.

Check and double check with your doctor before using any oral medications for the treatment of acne.

Here is a list of things you can do to minimize acne flare-ups without causing harm to your baby, and also to maintain your health:
鈥? Exercise daily to stimulate circulation to all parts of your body including your skin,
鈥? Eat lots of fresh fruits and washed veggies, and
鈥? Drink about 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to keep your skin and body hydrated. This will help to dilute and expel hormonal secretions to improve acne.
Here are some practical acne prevention tips:
鈥? Don鈥檛 over-wash, (this can stimulate more oil)
鈥? Don鈥檛 touch your pimples as this only spreads bacteria, and
鈥? Use disposable sponges or cotton balls for toners, or makeup.

I had the same problem. There is a lot of junk out there - but I found this stuff that got rid of my
