People with RA (rheumatoid arthritis) to share their experiences?

i'm just looking for someone that understands what i'm going through basically.

I have had arthritis since I was 4 years old, (I will be 42 this year) I guess since I have had it as long as I can remember, I know how to live with mine. Although when I was younger I remember being on ALL kinds of medicine, some that didn't work, some that made me sick.

I have so much damage to my joints now (although I can still get around with just a little discomfort every now & then) that the doctors say all the meds that are out now are "preventive" & do no good once the damage is done, so i basically take anywhere from 2-4 advil at nite b4 bed & then I can move much easier when I get up in the morning.
