Rheumatoid Arthritis/ Arthritis in general.?

I have all the exact symptoms of R.A. Every thing I experience my friend' has exact same symptoms and he has been diagnosed with R.A. Now my blood test came back and said both proteins for R.A was negative and there was no imflammation and my liver tests was good even my calcium was in normal range althought slightly low on the safe scale.

However, I find the results hard to believe since I have pictoral proof of joint swelling, including fluid around the knee like my friend has. But the test said negative to this inflammation. I have Gilberts Syndrome but now my bloods are showing it has gone and my bloods show im perfectly healthy.

But what I want to ask is, is it possible to have R.A with a negative blood test (one which I question results of fully)?

Could pathology have got the test results wrong?

If it is not R.A then what else could it be, since im free of infection, free of Lymes and according to my blood test free of the C protein and the other proteine for R.A?

Any help please. I have been suggested Seronegative Arthritis, but are there any other possibles? I need to take all ideas to the Dr's tomorrow morning because even they are clueless at present.

Have you looked at this, it is especially applicable if you have psoriasis

(Psoriatic Arthritis)

The paragraph titled :What is special about Psoriatic Arthritis? is particularly interesting, this part>

quote:"鈥?Importantly the absence of rheumatoid factor in the blood helps distinguish psoriatic arthritis from rheumatoid arthritis."
