What is the difference between Schizophrenia and Schizo Effective?

I have heard of Schizophrenia, but now I recently heard about another disorder called Schizo Effective.
What is the difference in them?

Schizoaffective has to do with mood. ``Affective`` tells you that. I`ve heard schizoaffective disorder is a mixture of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
