Child with Scleroderma?

I have a child with Scleroderma, en coupe de sabre liner form does anyone out there have a child and care to comunicate, i am very scared about treatment and don't know where to turn. I know about the foundations they aren't very helpful, they want money for a cure, i just want to talk to someone who has been through this.
