How can i cure my sinusitis? please help me.? If it is a true sinusitis, it will require an antibiotic to get under control. Get a Neti Pot. You fill it with a lukewarm salt water solution. Then over a basin, tilt your head to the right and pour the solution into your left nostril. It will come out thru your right nostril. Then tilt your head to the left and pour into right nostril. I would look into getting a saline rinse kit. Neilmed makes a few, they have the Neti pot and the regular standard squeeze bottle. Most drug stores like Walgreens and Longs carries it. I suffer from chronic sinusitis here too. Also talk to your doctor about Flonase. get a washing up bowl boil the kettle pour it into the washing up bowl add some vick or olbas oil put a towel over ur head put your head over the bowl so u r completely covered by the towel and get as close to the water as u can without scoulding urself and inhale through ur mouth and out through ur nose You cant. Sinusitis is like the common cold. All you can do it try to treat the symptoms by taking decongestants like benadryl or sudafed. To be honest when i had it it was so bad had to go to the docs who gave me pills which worked a treat xx |
