Have i got sinusitis again?

i had sinusitis and a chest infection about 3 weeks ago. i now have a
slight temperture
sore throat
cough
headache
pain in my face(when lean forwrd)
blocked/ snotty nose
green flem
earache
i was just wondering if it has come back or i have just picked up another virus. i has sinusitis 3 times last year , 9 chest infections and tonsillitis 3 time. so i missed alot of school espially now i am yr 10.

I must say that the previous answer was extremely useless to you.

If you had the flu, there would be no point in going to the hospital as they would not consider it an emergency even in a 10 year old.

It would be better to see your GP as soon as possible though. Flu is a virus and you won't ( or you shouldn't be given ) antibiotics for it as they don't work on viruses.

However as you have earache and your other symptoms it is highly likely that you have sinusitis again.

I am a sufferer and I can tell you that it is hard to shift!

If antibiotics aren't working ask your Mother or Father to get you some Garlic supplements from the local health food shop. You can get odourless ones. Normally I say a strength of 1250mg of Garlic, but I would get closer to half that strength as you are under 12 ( this is the age limit for ordinary medications from child medication to adult medication ) and take one 3 times a day as you would an antibiotic.

Hopefully it will clear up. Then if you take one a day from then on it should help prevent it.

I am so sorry that you are suffering with this at such a young age, it can be very painful.

Go see your GP.
