I have a serious problem with my sinusitis, can you help? |
So I have this recently developed irritation in my nose and cheeks and forehead... I think I have sinusitis, because it runs in the family(ridiculous). do you have home remedies? before consulting the doctor. thank you! I know about the NETTY pot, I can't find it anywhere... I can't order online... but thanks... I agree, and I've seen articles in Natural Solutions that also agree....I have used a Neti Pot to clear out my sinuses, (also called saline irrigation of the sinuses), and it does often work. You have to experiment a little with how much salt and how warm or cold....and you need to use really clean water..... Idk if this will work, but if its a sinus infection, try a NETTY POT. you might seem skeptical at first, but i had a sinus infection, and it cleared it away in an instant! |
