Sinusitis help need advice? |
hi i have had sinusitis for a week now following a cold i have been in a lot of pain and discomfort with it so on thursday i went the doctor who has put me on antibiotics so i have been on them since then but i still have alot of pressure and am still blocked up etc when can i expect it to start clearing ? take regular steam bath using eucalyptus oil. Rinsing with saline solution and taking some natural decongestants will relieve much of your pains and discomfort. There are effective natural decongestants. You may read them here: i suffer with that badly particularly at night and had 2 operations to help but with no success.I now know that it is caused by a stomach problem.Try sniffing salt water up your nose .It,s not pleasant but is a good old fashioned remedy that may help you,Don't use any sprays because they can make things .Albus oil is also good all winter every winter my ears are plugged and so is my head. it drives me mad. nothing works apart from time. i'm not sure, it sounds painful but i suggest you just un-wind and take it easy. |
