Can sinusitis come back this quick.?

i had sinusitius three weeks ago. i was given antibiotics for it. i now have
sinus pain
headache
dizzy
bad cough
green phelm
green and bloody snot
and feel like i have a slight tempature.
i was just wondering if it has come back. or is it just another virus i have picked up.i really want to go to school as i have my first yr 9 Maths Gcse at the end of feb so need to revice.please can u give me advice on what to do to get better andwhat to take.

and i have ear ache , and my ears keep popping and feel as they have water in them evan though i havent got them wet

Yes it can come back if you are proned to sinusitis, go back and see your doctor, he may give you another course of antibiotics or some nasal spray.

Sinusitis is caused due to constipation. A person suffering from constipation will always have problems with cold so indirectly sinusitis.
Sinusitis is a reaction of toxic within your body which the body is trying to expel in form of mucus from your nose.
You suppress the cold and something else surfaces up in the form of toxic inside your body.
Try chicken garlic soup for few days, better to have liquid diet and it might clear up completely.
