What could i take for my sinusitis?

it's all over my cheeks. the medication been gone for like 3months and i have no money nor health insurance. help?????

There are two main reasons you are getting sinusitis and if you don't address the "root cause" of this problem you will continue to suffer and if you rely on the medical people for answers, you will keep getting the "MAKE BELIEVE HEALTH" by treating the symptoms. A toxic liver and/or infection in the teeth are the primary causes of this problem. Poor digestion is the very basic cause and many Americans are suffering greatly from this issue. When food does not get digested properly, many toxins are generated and the liver becomes overwhelmed. Add to it, the many medications, chemical assaults from all kinds of sources in the environment and all the chemicals being added to processed foods, sprays on fruits and vegetables and poor quality foods being loaded up in grocery stores from plants deprived of essential minerals in the soils, it's not hard to understand how a liver could be overwhelmed. I have never found one person that I've examined that did not have a liver that was weak and in bad shape from any American. The SAD (standard American diet) is incredibly bad.

So called "modern dentistry" may be modern alright, but it is by far from good and does NOT promote good health of a person today. X-ray's used by dentists only show about 30% of the infections or problems with teeth, leaving the other 70% of the problems undetected. Dead teeth or infections under amalgams simply go undetected in many, many cases. This leaves you with a body that is depleted in minerals due to the infections, NICO (neuralgia induced cavitational osteonecrosis) from bad root canals (that can be found in most cases) to metal in the mouth and especially amalgam fillings along with gold or other metal crowns that allow leaching of mercury that far exceeds the toxic waste standards that have been established as safe. The aniline chemicals they use to deaden nerves is very toxic and NO mention of this is ever given to a patient that I know of. Each 2 cc shot has the equivalent of toxins that equal smoking 1 pack of cigarettes each day for 12.9 years. They are AGGRESSIVELY CARCINOGENIC, all of them, except for Septocaine. Lidocaine sales exceeded $500 million dollars to dentists last year and that one is one of the worst. Carbocaine, Procaine, Novocaine, etc. all fall into this issue. Dentists are NOT trained to find NICO and do not even know how to recognize it in typical dental x-rays. Since it does not create pain, it is ignored by dentists today. This is where many, many infections rage on in a person, depleting them of minerals and creating biofilms that are distributed throughout the body and cause tumors, cancer, and other degenerative diseases. Root canals that are filled with gutta percha and where dentists used liquid sanitizers like hydrogen peroxide, hypochlorite solutions only kill about 30% of the germs, leaving the root canal a prime villain in this issue.

It's no wonder over 53% of ALL Americans are now chronically ill. Our medical people are following this ridiculous allopathic philosophy of medicine that generates huge profits, but not good health, only "MAKE BELIEVE HEALTH" you get from drugs and treating symptoms.

To help relive some of your anxiety on a temporary basis, you can apply castor oil to the sinus areas and then a hot towel over that for about 5 minutes. Repeat this every 5 minutes for about 1/2 hour and this will help drain the toxins. Then go after the root cause and be free of this problem. A Certified Nutritional Therapist can help you greatly. They can test you to determine the "root cause" and help you with detoxing, nutritional supplements, and recommending good diets.

good luck to you

have you tried Sudafed and steam inhalations? also be careful decongestant drugs can increase congestion if used longer than recommended
