How do I improve the health of my skin from the inside out? What food's, or vitamin's can I take? ?


I would like to have more shiny, silky, moisturized skin.

Drink lots of water. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, etc. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. And also you can try a good multi vite.

Drink lots of water and try taking vitamin supplements that contain Zinc and Silica. Vitamin E supplements might also help.
