What are vitamins that I should take daily to help my skin, fight aging, boost immunity, increase health, etc?


Just a typical list of vitamins, oil supplements, etc. that I should take daily. And what do they do?

**Proper skin care. This regime has totally transformed my skin and general health and well being. I had countless skin conditions, some severe and long lasting and it completely and permanently got rid of every single one and I now have a totally blemish free, vibrantly healthy and rejuvenated skin.
I stopped using all cleansing and all other products and saw almost immediate healing.
I thoroughly massage daily with pure essential oils. They feed and nourish skin with many health enhancing nutrients that ward off skin aging and made skin much smoother, clearer, inhibited wrinkling and actually lessened existing lines/wrinkles. I am often thought to be considerably younger than I am.
This is in large part to my switching to eating pure foods. I became a lacto vegetarian and avoid eating any harmfully processed and adulterated foods and mainly have a high intake of raw foods - organic veg. fruits, oils, cheeses, breads and pure water. It's no more expensive because I do not have cooking expense. I have much more energy and my general health has vastly improved. I rarely get any illnesses.
Vitamin and supplements may help but they are very much less effective. And it is very much a guessing game to get the right ones and the right amounts. Many harm their heath by vitamin and supplement excesses.
