Is there a name for this kind of sleeping disorder? |
When you switch the sleeping time with the working one, i.e. when everyone sleeps during the night, you work/do your daily things and vice versa. As if you lived in a different time zone than everyone else. have absolutely no idea sorry but I'm having the same problem at the minute ... And I'm at college il so I'm having a severe lack of sleep :( |
