So i think i have sleeping disorder? please help me?

I haven't been sleeping well lately unless i cry....
i go to sleep around 1:30 am...and wake up usually at 6:45am
do you think this is depression?

i dont really have anyone ro rely on...i hate high school and my parents dont understand

Honestly hun, I think you have some stressful things going on in your life, and that can really affect ones sleep (or lack thereof).
Perhaps your are just stressed and upset about a life situation, not necessarily "clinically depressed". I believe there are far too many people being told that "depression" is common...its not. True depression is a physiological disorder.
Its perfectly normal to be depressed for a while, especially during hard times...it just means you are upset, and unfortunately, to get sleep you are going to have to find ways to destress your life. Stress is the main cause of insomnia.

If, for instance, you start getting suicidal thoughts or such, then, I would talk to someone right away, but if not, I'd do the best you can to get through it, and do the best to make your situation better, so you can be happier. Talking to someone will surprisingly make you feel better though.

It could be that or stress. You need to schedule a doctor's appt. to find out what it really is so that you can receive help for it. In the meantime get on line and look up the signs and symptoms of depression and stress and compare them to your signs and symptoms. This will be very helpful so that you can have some sort of idea of what it really is.
Also, pray and be patient.

My first guess would be a physical sleep disorder. Something like apnea maybe. Your mind will do what it can to work with this but can't really cure anything. Your brain may try to depress you to a point where you just fall asleep, thus the crying thing. I would suggest you have a sleep study done.

ya i think it is cause of depression. i should know ived had depression for about for months now. and i have a hard time sleeping too.

No one can tell you if your depressed but you. But maybe you can't sleep because of something on your mind or other distractions. But normally when someone is depressed they tend to sleep more. I did.

i dont think its a sleeping disorder. i have insomnia and its differant.
so yeah prob depresion. i hope you feel better.

no i think you should just cry earlier so you can sleep sooner and then when you wake up at 6 it wont be so early

why they dont understand you?

Hmm.
Possibly.
I would talk to your parents about it and maybe they can take you to a doctor.
