Tips on relieving stress ?


So... Breathing just isn't for me. I've literally just done 4-5 hours of homework... So.. Tips?

I'M 14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depending on the type of stress... If it made you angry because it was too hard, work-out, punch a bag... If it's just overwhelming stressful, relax - watch sponge bob, talk to a friend, draw... whatever makes you happy.

1)Lay on your bed/sofa.
2)Take in a deep breathe
3)Get some fruit or chips, anything that satisfy your taste-buds
4)Listen to your favorite music
5)Simply relax. :]

Get an lavander oil massage from you bf/gf and than ..... good luckk ...
I can also say that sex helps a lot in shakin the stress away ...
