Getting Rid Of Stress?!?


Ok i stress out way too much and i've tried taking deep breaths and all that does is make me sick. I need something to relax me. Even music which i love doesnt even help!!

Imagine yourself on a dream vacation. To get rid of the stress, though, you really need to understand what is causing it and get it away. If it's school or something relating, try to figure out a way to balance everything and still have free time.

First of all you need to look at what is stressing you and then take steps to combat it. If it is stress caused by time or lack of, then look at your time management.

Some temporary stress relievers could be muscle relaxation, changing the focus of your thoughts or even exercising can help.
