Is this stress and anxiety? |
ok i have been dealing with panic attacks for at least 3 years now but i was wondering about something...... today i went out with my dad and it was hot so we got a slushie i get panic attacks in public often but today it was like i could not talk none for about 5 seconds and when i did it was hard to talk. i was wondering is that anxiety? it scares me not really knowig and my doctor dont even know what it is!!! has anyone else ever had this problem Yes to me it sounds like anxiety there is a good natural supplement you can get from your local health food store called SAM-E sounds like (sammy) and its for anxiety.It has helped me,yoga and other exercise is great for stress relief.Doing deep breathing exercises also are very helpful.
