Is it possible that someone has a minor stroke and not aware of it?

what are the signs that one might have a minor (very minor) stroke?

L_H: thanks for the answer, is it possible for even minor to the silent stroke? like numbness but not lose function, sever headache and weakness in the legs? etc.

You mean to say "Silent Stroke", well here are the signs and symptoms of a Silent Stroke.

Silent stroke: Small strokes that do not cause any symptoms. Silent strokes still damage brain tissue.

The most common symptom of a stroke is weakness or paralysis on one side of the body or the other. There may be a partial or complete loss of voluntary movement and/or sensation in a leg and/or arm. A stroke can cause speech problems and weak muscles of the face, which can cause drooling. Numbness or tingling in the leg, arm, or face is very common. A stroke involving the base of the brain can affect balance, vision, and swallowing functions. A stroke can cause difficulty breathing and even unconsciousness.
Hope answered your question.

it is possible. sometimes balance is an issue, being abnormally forgetful, lack of range of motion on one side, and changes in vision. if it is a concern, see your dr., a minor stroke can lead to a major stroke. better to catch it early.
