Difference between Tai Chi and LFA Tai Chi? ?

whats the difference between Tai Chi and LFA Tai Chi?

cant seem to find an answer on google.

is LFA meditation/exercise only?

Tai Chi Chuan has many versions. The first - Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan is actually the first Tai Chi. Chen style was not called Tai Chi but just Chen Family Village Boxing. All the other Tai Chi are variations of Yang Family. There are many variations of Yang. Wu, Woo, Hao, Sun styles are also Tai Chi styles that have elements of Yang and Chen Family. The Sun style also incorporates Shuai Jiao and Hsing I.

LFA is Lee Family Tai Chi. I cannot find any information beyond Lee himself so there is no indication what the lineage is. It looks like a simplified style with elements of Sun and Wu styles. The video is not enough for me to see more than that.

LFA Tai Chi is just one of the many styles of Tai Chi. This one is pretty obscure.

Ty M - you are a little boy who knows nothing about martial arts. You just repeat what you hear from the mma psychos who believe they are true martial artists. You need to go do some homework and take a bath to get ready for bedtime. Don't forget your little teddy bear.

Define LFA please;

In the end though its all the same more or less; lots of breathing, lots of endless boring drills that you better get used to if you plan on sticking with it for the long stretch, and a lot of pain.

BUT, they say that the more the muscles burn, the less of a chance you'll see a bruise or worse. Provided its correct training; without proper guidance and careful attentiveness what you end up with instead is one hell of a reinforced bad habit.

good luck.

One sucks and the other sucks even more but the only thing they
have in common is that they are both very ineffective martial arts.
