Don't forget: All of the schools in Rochester, NY are getting together at a local high school and will be demonstrating the different styles, forms and weapons techniques. OOh how exciting I will go and ask my teacher tomorrow!! I was not aware of that. I usually go to the Tai Chi Park - previously the Tai Chi Farm. I'll be doing Korean martial arts. will be home. maybe working on my finals. have fun and post a vid. |
