I have been practicing Tai Chi and meditating. I have noticed I am more sensitive to co-workers' high stress? |
and it bothers me more. Any advice? The practise of Taiji (or Tai Chi) and meditation increases your awareness, and the stress and strains that your colleagues suffer that might not have been so obvious before suddenly become very clear because of your new level of awareness. |
