Do I have a thyroid disorder?

I'm already diagnosed with Anxiety/Panic Disorder and will be getting medicine/check up for thyroid on May 28. &depression. But I want to know if I have a thyroid disorder

My hair is really thin No bald spots but it just is thin;seems its always getting thinner every year heres a pic:http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2dw7qcx&...

My nose seems to be getting thicker(more cartilage looking) every day! My face seems chubby and ect. I can never gain weight no matter what I struggle with it constantly, i'm 5"1 & my parents are 5'6-5'7 WHY AM I SO SHORT? I'm 15 & weigh 90-91 lbs. It's sickening. I don't have much energy so i try to take hour walks every couple of days.

Also In the past two years these white patches have gotten worse and worse all over my skin, there bumpy and the ones on my legs are red and itchy. I use excerdin(sp?) and it doesn't work, nothing does. My acne wont go away i've been struggling with it for over over 3 years now and one day it will look decent then i will get

TONS of pimples some in the same spots that I had months ago. I took an allergy med. for it and they all cleared and went away but it made me sick so i had to stop, so is this due to thyriod disorder? I am thinking of getting plastic surgery for my nose because i cannot take it anymore..

I had something called hashimotos...a thyroid disease that makes you sometimes hyper and sometimes hypo....so one day I had heart palps and the next day I couldn't stay awake. It took a long time for them to figure it out,,,,actually, they never did until after I had an unrelated surgery and they saw the thyroid.
besides getting tested for TSH (level of thyroid hormones that decide if you are hypo or hyper) make sure you have them check you antibodies- if you have them, then you have hashi's. read up on it at mayoclinic.com
apart from all that. you are at an age that I would not repeat for ten million dollars. But remember, this too shall pass. sometimes we overestimate problems and underestimate our own strength to deal with it all. keep on working to take good care of yourself, try to find something you like doing to help pass the time....I find doing something for others makes me feel better. also, there is a www.depressionsupportgroup.com that has a list of things to do when you aren't feeling great that you may like. keep going forward. good luck and good health.

Well I have a thyroid disorder and I can tell you thats what happens to me when I dont take my medicine. I've had it since about i was 7 years old and Im 15 now.

You have a few of the symptoms of a thyroid disorder, so it's good you are getting it checked. But not all of your symptoms match that, so I'm guessing there are some other unrelated things going on.

Graves is an autoimmune disorder that can involve more than the thyroid. Good luck on your tests.
