Could I haver a thyroid disorder or something? It's driving me insane.? |
I have worked out like crazy since about Fall '08 and for the majority of the summer, but I haven't budged the scale, why? Not a flipping an ounce. I've really stuck to a healthy diet, rarely eat sugar or even drink it, I use Splenda more than half the time, I just don't understand why my weight hasn't budged. I've even portioned my meals and still nothing. I feel healthy, but the scale won't move except up. Not much but still. I'm a little concerned. dont worry some girls have these horormones that dont alow them to lose weight but unless ur fairly heavy theres medication 4 that but if ur just upset cause u got a tiny gut just leave it alone oh and using splenda a lot will guve u unbelievably painful headachs just be careful You could be building muscle mass by working out so much. If you feel that your thyroid is out of whack then you should definitely see the doctor and get a thyroid panel done. Remember that muscle weighs more then fat. |
