Can you spread trichomoniasis by giving oral sex

No. Trich doesn't hide in the mouth, so you can't spread it from mouth to someone else's genitals.

The only exception to this is if you are having group sex, and you perform oral sex on someone with trich, then go down on another person right away. That would transfer trich from one person to another. But you wouldn't get it because it doesn't survive in the mouth.

You can spread other infections via oral sex, though. It's best to use a flavored condom when giving fellatio (a bj), or use a sheet of plastic cling film when performing cunnilingus.
