I have a Urinary Tract Infection, could it be Something More?

Sometime in April I had unprotected sex and immediately got it taken care of--Plan B pill. Two weeks later I had sex again but the condom broke--I took the Plan B pill once more.

After taking the Plan B pill I noticed my bladder hurting more than ever, It's been this way for 3-4 days now. I know I don't have any form of STD's because I've gotten tested and checked out Negative. I recently took the AZO UTI Test and I tested positive for Urinary Tract Infection.

I'm scared it might be something else though, Advice?

Urinary or bladder infection. Can be very painful and almost always needs antibiotics. See your Dr if you don't feel better soon. And yes the cranberry juice and lots and lots of water are very good to drink..even a can or 2 of beer is good to flush your kidneys.

i think that it is just probably a UTI. they can hurt for weeks, and can turn it to a kidney infection which is very very painful. std's usually dont show up for at least a month after some longer so don't completely dismiss the possibility but you shouldnt have symptoms of an STD this soon.
simple blood tests can be done to check for inactive STD's such as Herpes

try drinking cranberry juice.
