Weight Management & Loss?!?


I've taken up running...again 卢卢
i stopped cause i wasnt loosing any weight.
im a very impatient person though. but i did it for weeks.
so i've had a rethink.
as well as healthy eating -.- and running -.-
i will take some weight management stuff.
mainly from holland and barret.
so which weigh management/loss products from Holland & Barret have worked for you?

I am afraid that if it were as easy as popping along to Holland and Barrett's no one would be overweight would they?

Losing weight is a complicated project.
You running but did not lose weight, maybe it is so-called platform period.

You should not gave up and continue doing exercise and eat less. Have good sleep is also important for losing weight.

I have a friend who did above for 2 month's and lose 40 pounds. She was 140 pounds at first.She just eat half as normal and running 4000 meters everyday.
