Will yoga help...........?

breathing trouble?

Yoga is best treatment for breathing trouble. I have suffered with breathing trouble during the past one decade and taking treatment in allopathic inhalers. but can't fully treated.
I entered into yoga classes for this purpose and have done breathing yogas (mild exercises for breathing organs)
mild inhaling and exhaling, inhaling in one nozzle and exhaling in another nozzle. deep inhaling and slow exhaling, deep inhaling and retain the air for a minute and exhaling through another another nozzle.
Forcely inhaling and exhaling with hands up and down forcely with sitting in vajrasana.
Dog breathing is also best. Still more yogas are there for breathing trouble relief. It is true. I am happy now. But you should continue
yogas and would be happy.
You practice at your residence also, after getting proper teaching and training.
