What kind of yoga is best to lose weight? Im thinking Bikram,not sure though..im a beginner on this thing.?

WHat kind of Yoga is best to lose weight? I just enrolled in 24 hr fitness and im doin their group exercise group..so far ive done the cycling and the lift..and tomorrow im planning to attend the yoga.

and now I am searching about yoga and found out different kinds of yoga, and im liking the bikram yoga...but theres so many of them im having headaches now reading...so any suggestions from others?

Yoga is great for losing weight because it flushes toxins from your bloodstream. Honestly, Bikram will probably burn the most calories, but it is difficult at first. I recommend you just try it and see. Try any type of yoga you get the chance to do, it is all beneficial and a great experience for the mind and body.
